Class Descriptions

New!! Bollywood Dancing - Incorperates various styles of dance inspired by the Indian Film industry.  A fun way to move, stretch and dance.  For more information contact Swati at swatic.32@gmail.com.

.Meditation Classes
– Learn techniques for quieting the mind. Time in every class for experiencing silence as well as guided meditation. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal.

Monday and Wednesday Yoga – Vinyassa style that will generate heat and release toxins. This class will build endurance while strengthening, toning, and improving flexibility.

Saturday Morning Yoga – Hatha style yoga. A gentle way to start the day. This class has a slower pace that will improve posture, balance and flexibility
