Detox Program - Provided by Kathy Brosof, Certified Massage Therapist. This treatment begins with a ancient practice called cupping which is used to increase circulation and lymphatic drainage, includes a custom Essential Oil application and finishes with a light detox tea during a soothing ionic foot soak.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - Provided by Kathy Brosof, EFT Practitioner. A tapping/shiatsu technique that focuses on releasing emotional blockages within the body that may limit a persons ability to heal or maintain health.

Facial Massage Therapy and Body Treatments - Provided by Heather Marra, NJ Licensed Esthetician. After training in the United States, Heather studied abroad in Europe to learn the meaning of european spa. Choreographed into a unique modality of holistic healing, these treatments are a truly unique experience that you will find no where else.

Guided Meditation Sessions - Provided by Amanda Main, Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Meditation Instructor. Small classes are forming now and one on one sessions are available for a more private experience with a dedicated teacher. Come learn how to calm your mind, relax your body and rejuvenate your spirit with this ancient technique.

Home Healing - Provided by Heather Marra, Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Channeler and Intuitive Empath and Serafice Cordova, Reiki Master, Intuitive and Spirit Communicator. If you live with spirits or your home doesn't feel balanced, we can help. Services include energy clearing and balancing, property channeling and evaluation, spirit negotiation and communication. A Healthy Home is a Happy Home!

Horses with Heart - Created to help heal those who have suffered in the area of the heart. This program utilizes the strokes of grooming a horse to support the reconnection of the chest muscles injured in open heart and chest surgeries, breast cancer or reconstruction patients. Each individual can move at their own pace and comfort level. Progress is measured in the healing of the body, mind and spirit. Physician approval required.

Hypnotherapy - Provided by Roy Audette, Master Hypnocouncelor and Elizabeth Mitchell, Master Hypnotherapist. Whatever your goals are, our caring practitioners can help you achieve them more easily and more quickly. Many people don't realize the awesome power that their subconscious mind has over their lives. Hypnotherapy helps to access the subconscious mind and affect the desired changes more easily and more quickly. Lactation Consultations - Provided by Karen Kurtz, Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Education for parents, groups, schools, health care professionals and others who want to know more about successful breastfeeding. Reiki and Rasa Reiki - Provided by Heather Marra, Reiki Master Teacher; Serafice Cordova, Reiki Master and Kathy Brosof, Reiki Master. An Asian Healing modality designed to alleviate stress, promote balance and healing within the body, and create an overall feeling of well being. When translated, Reiki means healing light of God.
