Do you need to get in shape, remain in shape or increase your stength and stamina. The right exercise program can help you feel better, look better and increase your confidence. At our Gloucester County location group classes and individual training are offered to help you acheive your fitness goals. Empowerment Workout - This class is based on a combination of self-defense, karate and kickboxing techniques. This intense workout will release anger, relieve stress and build confidence while toning and strengthening the entire body. Personal Training - From basic beginner to hard-core training we can design a program targeted for each individual and his or her goals. Common Sense Self Defense - An everyday practical approach to situational awareness and safety.
