I-Gallop - Using the unique I-Gallop machine, this workout reproduces the same effect of horseback riding thus toning hips, thighs abs and more! Empowerment Workout - This class is based on a combination of self-defense, karate and kickboxing techniques. This intense workout will release anger, relieve stress and build confidence while toning and strengthening the entire body. Personal Training - From basic beginner to hard-core training we can design a program targeted for each individual and his or her goals. Common Sense Self Defense - An everyday practical approach to situational awareness and safety. This hands on program can be modified for all ages and fitness levels; group or individual sessions can be scheduled. Bollywood Dance - Bollywood is the informal term used to refer to the Indian, Hindi language based, movie industry. Most movies are musicals, and ( Bollywood) dancing is a fusion of Indian classical and folk dancing, with heavy influences of hip-hop, jazz, and latin dances. With its continuous movement, Bollywood dancing provides a good cardio workout and is a great stress-buster!
